Jay looked after us today...he was at the scene within minutes of being called...waited patiently while police did their job...took us to the yard with him, where the rental car he arranged for us was waiting. He was calming when he spoke with us & even offered helpful advice, professional and polite......thanks Jay

Hey Jay, thanks again for all the help you gave us yesterday!

This absolute human being was just beyond what you'd expect from a towing service. This was the driver's first accident, and they were admittedly a little lost on how to handle it. Jay not only did his job to a perfect example, but was there with words of wisdom and advise when it was needed. Above and beyond does not fully describe out interaction This man is a sage!

I'll put it like this, his service was good enough that we're already thinking about what kind of car to write off next! Thanks again Jay! You the man!
