What amazing service. Lessons learned is that Apple is still making life difficult by tying the ear piece to the facial ID. THANK YOU for the amazing service!

They offered transparency on the service job i would need and gave me advice that did not benefit them. They did a great job earning my trust and future business. i am assured that they would not gauge their customers to make a buck, rather identify an issue, resolve it - appropriately.
