After visiting other Kia Dealers and feeling disappointed I made the 2 hour trip to Orillia Kia.

The staff there were very friendly and helpful. The salesman ( Brad ) was so patient and understanding in guiding me through my 1st new to me car purchase (2018 Sportage). Brad was very informative, and really made this a pleasurable experience.

I must also give a huge THANK YOU to the manager, Al Grillo who went the extra mile in making the deal come together.

Will absolutely be back and give the Orillia Kia team a chance to sell me another vehicle

Orillia Kia provided fantastic service to me. I had major a engine replacement done on my 2012 Kia Optima and they were fantastic on keeping me in the loop and up to date with status changes regarding my car. Larry from service did an excellent job and was incredibly friendly. The team of mechanics that worked on my car did a fantastic job.

Fantastic experience. Coming from someone who has never bought or owned a vehicle, the folks at Orillia Kia were patient and very helpful in understanding the process. I picked up my (new to me) 2015 Kia Soul today and I am so beyond happy!

I have dealt with Dean mostly my whole transaction to the first email till the walk around of the car! Dean is one of the most honest and straight forward, low pressure salesman I’ve ever met. He really know what he’s talking about and he’s truly there to make your buying experience as smooth and stress free as possible!
