Mr. Pritul Patel took me in for a transmission fluid and was very professional and did a clean job. not only did he take his time to explain the process and ask if we needed any beverages etc, but also had plenty of customer service as well. If only we didn't live so far would definitely want to come back, since Mr. Patel takes the time to actually make sure the customer is at ease.

(May 13, 2021, 8:28 pm)The men were very professional. Very clear about what my car needed. Also other places could not find my cabin filter Mr. lube knew exactly where it is. Also I had asked about my other fluids. Other places blew me off. Mr Lube showed me which needed to be replaced. Thank you guys. Great experience. I will only deal with Mr Lube from now on.

Went over everything with me and explained it well. When I declined a service there was no pushiness or chastising. Polite and courteous. Will be going back!

(May 8, 2021, 5:44 pm)Outstanding service. Not only are they extremely polite, but also very helpful when it comes to having you completely understand what is being performed on your vehicle.
With little ones in the car they offer colouring books to keep them entertained which is very helpful for us moms, as well as drinks and snacks!!!
One hundred percent recommended, will definitely be returning to Mr.Lube at 3287 Monarch Drive Orillia for any work needed in the future! -

He went above and beyond my expectations. He made sure to show me everything he was doing. He also went over everything they were checking and ensured I understood what it meant. Thank you!!
