(November 15, 2021, 12:42 pm)Very pleased with how great this location handles all of their COVID protocols. This lab is appointment only (says that as soon as you go online to their location site) , once you're there, you check in with a staff member outside and they let you in to be seated until your appointment. They were very organized and super friendly. The staff that you check in with was even trying to accommodate to the people trying to walk-in as they were running in and out of the building, checking with front desk staff for option to help find an appointment time that would work for the walk-in client. Great job everyone, your hard work does not go unnoticed :)

(June 14, 2021, 7:44 pm)The 5 stars are specifically for the technician that drew my blood. I wish I had gotten her name. She was friendly, quick and didn't have to poke me over and over to get the sample.

(March 19, 2021, 6:45 pm)Fast service. The staff who took blood samples from me did a good job, hardly any pain. I did find the staff curt and abrasive, not only in my dealings but in observing other dealings with people. I was there for over 2 hours and was surprised how some of the very elderly people were spoken to and how many people came inside after the screening unsure what they were to do next. There were many staff gathered at the main desk so when you speak to one you speak to all, definitely not very respectful of Privacy.
