Within the first few minutes of speaking with Derek, it was clear to us that he was well-informed about the products we were interested in. We appreciated his honesty, knowledge and straight-forwardness...as well as his humour! At no point during our time with Derek did we feel pressure or rushed. It was because of his relaxed, professional and knowledgeable approach that we bought our appliances that day. I would strongly recommend Derek and Leon's to friends and family.

(March 7, 2019, 2:43 pm)A big thank you to Jeff and Reid for their exceptional service when delivering a refrigerator to my elderly parents' home. They went above and beyond the usual installation due to the removal of the water connection of the old fridge. After solving the water problem, they did a cleanup and transferred all the food contents to the new fridge. My parents arrived home, and everything was set up and ready to go. Thank you very much, Leon's Orillia, and the team!

We recently purchased a new sectional for our home and again we were very happy. Derek and the staff there are amazingly helpful and friendly. They always offer that small town personal touch and are there to help but never push. Our set recently went on sale and they honoured their 60 day price guarantee no hassle at all....highly recommend this store.
I also need to commend the professional, friendly and efficient delivery drivers, Reid & Jesh, a pleasure to have deliver to our home.
