Andrew came to the house and offered great advice in terms of appropriate units to replace our existing insert and had great products to choose from. The installers, Scott and Corey did a great job, very efficient and tidy. Superb job!

Our experience with the Fireplace Stop was extremely pleasant and Andrew's guidance when choosing our new fireplace was very much appreciated. He explained the features of different units and the positives and negatives of each, which really helped us make an informed decision. The installation crew was terrific and very respectful of our home, taking great care during the installation and taking their boots off each time they came in from outside. We can't sing their praises enough! I would encourage anyone looking for a quality fireplace coupled with excellent service to visit the Fireplace Stop!

We required service for our fireplace and left a voicemail requesting an appointment. Our call was returned quickly and an appointment was booked. The office confirmed our appointment the day before and the service technician, Marco, called prior to his arrival to advise his ETA. He was very respectful and professional. Step-by-step he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it.

Andrew and his team were excellent to work with and their knowledge of the products helped us make the right decision on the stove that would best suit our home. The fellows that did the installation were great. They were professional and did an amazing job as they had to remove the old chimney pipes and wood stove. All was done efficiently and neatly, and they were so pleasant and respectful. We would definitely recommend The Fireplace Stop.... Barb & Rob Thompson
