(July 31, 2019, 6:29 pm)Wonderful facility run by amazing and knowledgeable staff. I took my Yoga Teacher Training here and it was life changing. A great balance of nature, yoga, animals, creativity and learning. I highly recommend any program the Big Red Barn offers!

I entered her sacred space , broken and guilt ridden and scared. I left feeling whole and hopeful for the future! While there, you are able to briefly let go of all of life's distractions and responsibilities and are able to rekindle a oneness with yourself. When you leave you feel refreshed, restored and refocused with clear direction and motivation! I'm certain you will long for more. I can't wait to go back, I'm hooked!
