(April 28, 2020, 12:48 pm)I have lived in Beeton for 19 years and it took a plague for me to realize there was a flower Mill in my town that sold to the public. I purchased the Dave Black Strong Bakers Flour which is their “bread flour” and honestly, it took some time to get used to the flour..... I am no idiot savant when it comes to baking ..... BUT once I figured it out OMG THE FLAVOR!!! I will never uses store bought flour ever again.
Thanks K2 for opening my eyes.... and my palate.

Now we are making bread every second day, the all house smells fantastic and bread doesn’t last long! Definitely we’ll be back! Thank you Mark!
