  Excellent and positive experience in every way in getting my new Ford Escape. My sales person, Adam Crowe, was very personable, helpful and knowledgeable during the entire process from when I told him what I was looking for by telephone to the exact vehicle he found for me. He had no problem in answering any of the questions I had whether they were sales related or technical, as well as providing additional information that a buyer trading in a vehicle and purchasing a new one should know. As well whenever I visited the dealership, all the other staff were very friendly, greeting me as soon as I walked in and offering whatever help they could, including refreshments! Scheduling for the test drive, paperwork for the new vehicle and picking up of the vehicle were all very easy and appointments ran on time. I would not hesitate to recommend friends, family or even strangers to visit Trillium Ford if they were looking for a perfect experience in getting a new or used vehicle.

  I maintain a good relationship with the sales team and I am happy with the truck I got. The delivery time was fast. The whole experience was very good. I have purchased other trucks from this dealership and will continue to refer others to them

  When it came to upgrade one of our Ford pickups Adam made the experience simple and efficient. All it took was a quick email with our intentions and he quickly responded with available inventory and provided information on the best factory incentives. It didn't take long to make a vehicle choice and negotiate a deal that I felt very confident with as I don't have the time to go kicking tires and price shopping. Confidence is a good feeling to have with any purchase these days and to have dealer with a great reputation as Trillium is icing on the cake
