Andrew the store manager helped me.
What a fantastic store manager he is !!!!
He answered every question and made great suggestions.
I would travel from out of town to go to that location just for that exceptional service again.

I had a way better experience with Jen at the Source than I did at Bell when I wanted to change my plan! Just last night I went in to look at phone cases and Jen remembered me even though it was a couple months since I had bought my phone. Jen is knowledgeable and totally awesome!! I will for sure keep going to the source in Alliston and sending everyone I know there!! Also the CAA membership discount is awesome too!!

(June 6, 2019, 12:14 am)Outstanding costumer service! I would highly recommend going here for any of your Bell Mobility needs in town (over anywhere else in town or over the phone). Heck, I would say to even come from out of town. Worth the drive. Jen, Andrew and crew are that good! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and certainly went the extra mile to take care of my needs. Keep up the great work!
