(December 8, 2019, 4:10 pm)We met Kristin in September to look for a new home for our retirement, she had a list of homes to look at. We found a home that was perfect. She was very thorough in recommending services we would need. Everything went smoothly. We then asked her to list our old house for sale. She was extremely thorough and listed it and got multiple offers the first day over asking price. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a new home.

(December 5, 2019, 7:34 pm)Kristin helped my fiance and I to buy our first home together, and however unprepared and hesitant we were, she supported us throughout the whole process! She understood how big of a choice it was, and was never once pushy. She is very knowledgeable and walked us through from start to finish. When it came time to sell my fiance's townhouse, there was no question she was the one to sell it! We got above asking and sold in less than a week! Couldn't have asked for a better agent, thanks so much for everything Kristin!

Mandy is a humble and gratuitous person and does a great job connecting with her clients. The big job is finding a home, but it's the other little things during the process Mandy does that makes her AMAZING!!
