My project manager, Jessica, was very approachable and prioritized issues and responded to my questions promptly and informatively. Communication tapered off as time passed and I was left a bit uncertain as to process to follow and had to reach out to ServiceMaster for updates. I was always answered within the day but top notch service would have kept me informed all the way through. All in all, ServiceMaster made this particularly stressful time much easier to manage and I would recommend their services to anyone in a similar situation.

I would highly recommend reaching out to Servicemaster when needed for insurance restoration. The staff we dealt with were professional and kind and I can’t say I’ve had a better experience with anyone else.
