I cantact the company. They showed up a little early, which was great. They did the job, quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend them.
The guy was on time and called me before he arrived. He explained the process to me and I was extremely happy with his professionalism.
One of the pictures shows rug dusting but there technicians said they don't have such equipment.
I was a bit hesitant because there were few reviews about rug washing- mostly carpet cleaning. I have them two big oriental rugs washed for less than $500. It was very well worth it . I will use their services again. Other companies asked for a lot more money.
