We can't thank Kristen enough for all of her help. Without her, we would not be in our lovely new home. We needed a 2nd mortgage to complete some renovations prior to selling our old home. Just when we thought all the doors were closed for us, we reached out to Lisa at The Mortgage Station. She was able to get us approved for a new mortgage, quick and easy. Lisa was great to work with, and went out of her way to answer any and all of our questions. We highly recommend giving her a call and seeing what she can do for you.
Second time using Frank from the mortgage station. He helped us with our initial mortgage and win our first renewal.
He provided lots of detailed information and was willing to answer any questions. Never pressured us to do one thing or another. I always felt the choice was mine. It’s very nice to have somebody communicate and deal with the paper work.
Was a pleasure working with him and hope to use frank 5 years from now.
Frank was our mortgage agent a few years back when we bought our house. He has always been easy to reach and very helpful and is one of the few people that really go above and beyond the call of duty. Frank has continued to help us even post sale with subsequent renewal periods (even if he does not get paid and we are technically no longer his customer).
I am not sure what we would do without Frank... He has been of great help during these difficult and uncertain times and did a wonderful job of explaining the current market, trends, and best case scenarios in an easy to understand manner without any of the extra fuss. Mortgage renewal time has been stress and hassle free thanks to all the good advice and attention that Frank has given us.
I implore you to consider and grab Frank as soon as possible if you do not have a mortgage agent already.
