  We recently purchased 8 new windows from Brock. It was the middle of winter and I could not have been more pleased with the result. I was originally concerned because of the time of year, but they allowed enough days in their schedule to work around the weather and they were all installed without issue. Three of our windows involved cutting out the opening to allow for larger windows and they are beautiful. The salesperson, installers and showroom staff were all helpful and professional. I give Brock an A plus!

  In September 2018 we had 10 windows, a front door and 2 sidelights installed by Brock. We had a number of quotes from various companies, and felt that Brock offered the most competitive price. We were very happy with the service and installation. The installers were very prompt, courteous and professional. They cleaned up after completion of the installation and removed all debris, packing, etc. We would highly recommend Brock.

  The Sales & Service representatives named Peter L. was very knowledgeable and he went through all the information pertaining to the replacement of the windows. We were satisfied with the explanations and we needed to have 5 windows replaced. When it came time to install the windows, the team was very courteous and careful when in the house. They put down drop cloths and cleaned up as they went along....inside and out. We were very happy with the service and would recommend them to family and friends.

  I recently had several large windows replaced by Brock Windows and Doors. All aspects of their service was outstanding. The salesman was very knowledgeable and presented great ideas. The installers were outstanding. They were friendly, efficient and treated my home like it was their own. In fact, they left it cleaner than it was when they arrived!
  Their call center workers were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Brock Windows and Doors

  We had 2 entrance doors, a patio door and 11 windows replaced. All individuals I encountered during the process were professional and informative. The installation crew were excellent. Always on time, clean, efficient and helpful. Excellent trim work by Ryan M. The installers also met a challenging door that needed to be replaced. They spent hours on this door and the end result was very impressive. Excellent communication throughout the process. Highly recommend.
