  Embarking on a 10-day silent Vipassana meditation course was a life-changing experience, and the facilitators at this serene haven truly made it extraordinary.
  
  The facility itself was a testament to tranquility – clean, well-maintained, surrounded by the beauty of nature. But what truly made the journey remarkable were the individuals guiding us.
  
  Anna, our wise and knowledgeable teacher, brought a sense of approachability that made the silent introspection feel supported. Her guidance was not just instructive but felt like a gentle hand leading us through the depths of our own consciousness.
  
  Zara, the manager, was a beacon of selfless support. From the very beginning, she prioritized the needs of others, tirelessly ensuring everyone felt heard and cared for. Her restless dedication to helping others navigate this transformative journey was inspiring.
  
  Together, Anna and Zara created an environment that was simultaneously challenging and enchanting. Their actions spoke volumes about their commitment to service. As volunteers, they chose to spend their time not on a beach vacation but in the service of others seeking real peace, true harmony, and genuine happiness.
  
  Their dedication turned what could have been a difficult experience into something truly magical. The selflessness they embodied transformed this meditation course into a beautiful journey of self-discovery and inner peace.

  I have been practicing this technique since 1992 shortly after having the good fortune in meeting Goenkaji in person. I find it amusing that some people even have negative comments, since the whole path is finding yourself and if you follow this technique for a long time - you will be destined to know all the long term benefits which rids you of all your past entanglements

  This centre has given me a meditation technique that I now practice daily. There are no other experiences in my life that have had such positive impact on me. I started my 10 day course with A LOT of skepticism. By the fifth day I began to realize just how special this place is. I encourage people to give it a try. May you be happy, peaceful and liberated.

  A life changing experience! It took my second course to "get it" but it worked as advertised. Run by volunteers, solely on donations. Clean and very well organized. The food was excellent. Assistant teacher Bob was very helpful. Completing a 10-day course is not easy, make sure you're ready and open to the technique. Most importantly be sure you are practicing correctly! Take advantage of the teachers help.

  What an awesome life reset button!
  I attended a 10 day course. Just finished today. Found new friends, seen old ones, got an amazing experience being totally disconnected with the world and reconnected with me. Really awesome! The facilities, the course and the people that are serving us from the owners to the teachers and the volunteers are just out of the world. Thank you for allowing me to find direction and purpose and thank you for showing me the art of living! May all the beings be happy!
