Once we got stuck on installing the brakes we stopped by the Collingwood location. Greg grabbed his tools, came outside and spent a half hour getting us fixed up.
Thanks Greg, you made a 9 year olds day today. -

(August 31, 2019, 9:23 pm)Sandra / Kyle in your collingwood store are amazing....i had a punctured tired after hours and they took care of it even though the automotive section was closed. Everyone else in town including Canadian tire told me I was out of luck so I really appreciate these guys going the extra mile !!

(August 4, 2019, 10:39 pm)My girlfriend's car was out of battery in the parking lot after we got our groceries. I went into the store to ask if they had a booster pack I could borrow and the associates were extremely helpful in getting the help I needed. They went beyond their responsibilities to call for the associates in the store who may be of help to us and ended up finding a battery pack for us to use.
I didn't get all the names but I just want to thank Shawn from the auto service department and the Guest Service associates for your help yesterday!
