Not only does she understand human anatomy well, but also understands the functionality of musculature that is so critical to pain free movement. She has helped me correct my exercise form, assessed and fixed my running/sprinting so it's pain free, and eliminated my knee pain which led to my hip and low back pain being resolved as well. Victoria is also incredibly positive and encouraging, it's always uplifting being around her, and each session with her leaves you feeling like you can achieve your health goals. If you're looking for an expert in aqua therapy, human movement, and functional exercise, look no further!

You can tell she truly loves what she does and wants to help her clients to get moving comfortably again. She takes her time to thoroughly evaluate you and make sure that she customizes your workout to suit your needs. I would highly reccomend using her Aqua Therapy or Exercise Therapy services!
