(October 5, 2022, 3:30 pm)My tubeless tires got too much sun after being inflated with colder air, and boom. Called Little Ed's, and they said come right in. Sheldon was awesome in helping us out. I was back on the road in about 30 minutes and got some great advice while I was there. I received friendly, knowledgable service from start to finish. Thank you for saving our ride!

I hardly every write reviews but felt this was well deserved and hope it leads others to try the shop and be similarly treated and blown away by their customer service. Straight talk, fair pricing and top notch service in a timely manner.

(July 29, 2022, 9:14 pm)Little Ed's Ski & Bike Shop has been our go-to bike store since moving to Collingwood. My wife and I purchased bikes from them a few years back and couldn't be happier with our decision.
We recently acquired a second-hand bike for my son that needed some work. We brought it into Little Ed's and they were incredible. Their customer service is second to none. Despite being busy, they were able to prioritize a kids bike to get him out riding as soon as possible. The work was great and quick, and my boy is so excited to get riding on his new-to-him bike! Special thanks to Sheldon for helping us out!
Will continue to return for all our biking needs!! -

We purchased a bike for our child and they gave incredible service by talking with him, explaining how to care for his bike and make sure that it lasted. Then a short time later, the bike was in an accident, the staff at Little Ed’s were so quick to repair it and get him back on his bike again. For a kid who’s mission in life is to ride, Little Ed’s is the best. Thank you all for your incredible service. We are so grateful for the way you interacted with us and all the support you gave. You’re exceptional!

I was biking and my back tire let out a whoosh and went completely flat. I wasn't sure if I wanted to tackle the back tire of my ebike on my own and took it to Little Ed's. They were able to take the bike in right away and did the tire swap while I waited. Great, friendly service and I was happy to know it was very reasonably priced. Very happy all around! Now I can get back on the road. Thank you Little Ed's Team!
