I was impressed with customer service experience.
I booked for 2 night's the same day on a Friday but had to leave later that night.
They reimbursed me for the next night. I really wasn't expecting to be reimbursed.
I recommend this 🏨 -

(March 1, 2022, 11:59 am)Terrible experience. Was checked in and seated. Waiting for almost 15 minutes and were not spoken to take take drink order or anything. The place wasn't even busy. Update, I was contacted regarding my experience and the care and apology for the experience has made me feel better about this location and the management of this location.

(February 10, 2022, 4:32 am)Front of house is always very friendly, walked in and saw a Kid high five the hostess. That made me happy. Everyone is taken care of.
I had an issue with the divider behind my head being so loose, that if I shifted even a little I made quite a racket.
Apart from that, the food has always arrived piping hot, the beer has never been flat for me, and we always leave full and happy.
The steps at the front pose a bit of a risk for those less able. That stands out. Maybe in the future, handy capable accessibility will be assessed. -
