Jill is great at her job; she is friendly, very knowledgeable and always took the time to answer our questions, often after hours. The process went smoothly and Jill even helped us get a cash bonus by making sure we were informed of all offers and promotions offered by the bank. I would highly recommend Jill for your mortgage needs!

She was accurate in her estimations of what she thought we would qualify for and what we actually received. She was tenacious from start to finish, and kept us calm. It can be a very intimidating process but she outlined what was required as far as paperwork and followed through as needed. It felt like she cared and wanted us to succeed. She provided our lawyer with everything that was needed and was a pleasure to work with. She was very approachable and professional!

She remained “dogged” in her pursuit of a financial arrangement to help me purchase a home. She kept me informed daily of her progress and was always available to answer my questions - some more general than others. I liked her intelligent input and ability to explain finances to me in a straightforward manner. A good communicator with a thoughtful, caring demeanour, I enjoyed my interactions with Jill because she not only informed me, she enlightened me. She is professional, knowledgeable and will do everything she can to seek a solution for her clients. I think she is a rare gem!
