(August 24, 2019, 8:28 pm)Resort is great the suite was very spacious I have two kids we spend our day's by the pool the kids made lots of friends the people the parents where very friendly everyone was watching the kids. My kids did not want to leave. By the way the staff at the resort all welcoming and smiling and gritting us. gustov the restaurant has excellent food we had lunch by the pool everyday

(August 15, 2019, 1:43 am)Absolutely love this hotel. The rooms could be a bit up to date but that really didn’t bother me. The bed/mattress is amazing!! This is the first hotel with such an amazing comfortable mattress, felt like home. The staff is amazing and super nice. I totally love this place and would highly recommend it.

(August 9, 2019, 7:22 pm)Nice hotel in good location. The pools mini_golf etc are well maintained and pleasant to use. The room was good if a bit dated. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stat.

(August 1, 2019, 7:51 pm)Spacious rooms and everything you need in a full functioning kitchen including utensils, pots/pans, mugs, glasses and a dishwasher! Truly your home away from home!
Guest services goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is memorable and all are very approachable and ready to assist with any request you may have.
Unfortunately the same cannot be said about the cleaning service: the room seemed as though it was cleaned in 5 five minutes. Bed was not made, rather the covers were just pulled up. The towels were not replaced, washroom was not cleaned and the floor had some crumbs on it. We had left a note requesting them to start the dishwasher, as we could not find the dishwashing pods. We came back to the room to find a box of Cascade.
Overall, lovely stay with the family. Guest services made up for the cleaning staff's short comings and we would definitely want to stay here again. -

(July 26, 2019, 1:48 pm)Great little spot. The in house restaurant was fantastic, I would recommend the steak and eggs for breakfast.
Smack dab in the middle of downtown Collingwood and the tourist trap they call Blue Mountain. Great Hiking trails around the hotel, the tennis court is maintained well. Pool is saltwater which is great, but not very deep.
