(February 8, 2021, 5:34 pm)I called Duggan's to get a quote on a small job (Install Shower Fan) and while this was too small for their business, the owner went above and beyond by calling around to 3 smaller contractors to help me out.
He also answered a lot of my questions, not only about this job, but also about other services I was having a hard time finding.
There was nothing in it for him - but showed that customer service and integrity are far more important to his business than most of the contractors I have dealt with in Collingwood and surrounding areas. Quite a pleasant surprise. Thank you! -

Andrew is very knowledgable, reliable and efficient. He is professional and takes the time to make sure the job is done right. The job site was left clean and tidy. Andrew provides excellent customer service and was great to work with!! I would definitely recommend using Duggan's Mechanical

He spent half an hour with me explaining what I needed to do and what to watch out for and never charged me a dime for his time. This guy is truly exceptional.
