I’ve owned a number of Blundstone’s over the years and have always been impressed with their product.
I recently had problems with a pair of boots that I had purchased years ago.
I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the service that I received. They went above and beyond what I’d expected and I can truly say I’ve never been happier. In terms of product and service I would highly recommend them. They’re beyond excellent.
Wonderful service when I had to return my boots because of some wear and tear that had started causing me pain. Great communication and easy to work with. Highly recommended for great quality product and great quality support.
Nikki was very helpful and efficient and we received our warranty replacement boots. we did not expect a new pair of boots but we thrilled when that was the option available to us. Between my husband and myself we own 4 pairs. Love Blundstone. Thank you Sue & Wayne
