His report was provided within a week, as promised, after the results became available. He fully explained the results, with an offer for further discussion if needed. I would highly recommend this service

He spent the time to go over the report in detail with me to ensure I fully understood everything. I couldn't have asked for more! Very happy with his services and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a home inspection.

Corry was fantastic and very accomodating with continuous changes in date driven by the seller and worked with me to make it work. He also provided a quick summary of any major issues within 30 minutes of completion and the final report within a few hours of completion. Report was great and very comprehensive. I would highly recommend ARC Home & WETT Inspections.
