My dog came out looking great and happy. Great advice about the dog food as well so I decided to switch to the food they sell as the quality and price are excellent. I will be returning for his regular groomings. Thank you :-)

Awesome! I did the self wash prices were beyond fair. I will bring him back for sure. Thank you for all the advice you gave me as well. My boy hardly smells like skunk now.

I was shopping at this Bark & Fitz today when a woman came in to get her dog groomed. She was saying to the masked groomer how “stressed out” she was sending her kids to school because “there’ve been 27 schools testing positive for Covid in Ontario” but “most people don’t really get sick” - and she wasn’t wearing a mask! Good grief It takes all kinds. Anti-maskers are the new anti-vaxxers...they rely on others to keep their children safe. Other than that, the store is lovely as are the employees - unfortunate they don’t adhere to mandatory mask wearing and should let the masked customers know.

I would completely understand your stance in the situation that you described - however I was there. She came in, said she “forgot her mask at home” and asked if the cashier had an extra one, to which she replied “no”. The lady with the dog then said she’d be quick and went to the back to speak with the groomer where they had a discussion about Covid. I suggested to her the way parents can help their children out with going to school is by wearing a mask. She proceeded to point to the silky scarf around her neck - not on her face - and said she was “social distancing”. I’m not calling you a liar, but I am suggesting that you may be talking about somebody else and another situation. Again, I was there. Hopefully moving forward you will adhere to the mandatory mask wearing as you explained.

Very kind and easy to talk to! Wonderful service and amazing grooms! Super happy with all the groomers ?. Can always trust leaving your dog with them! Great prices too and they don't rush your dog. So much patience. Not sure whats up with grumpy pants Lucinda but she must have walked in with a very matted dog and been uptight about the high matting fee. How negative and rude of Lucinda. Prices are never that high unless your dog is an absolute mess!
