The software is very user friendly an efficient- being able to easily navigate through an app is highly appreciated, given it's not always the case with other apps. They offer so many resources whether it be their user conferences or just a simple phone call to ask some information/ get tech support, they always step up to the plate and are a reliable resource to our company that we greatly value.
