(October 11, 2022, 8:39 pm)Great customer service, recently moved to Barrie and found loot kingdom, made some purchases online and Alex emailed willing to try to accommodate some sort of pick even though the store was closed for the holiday. there was also a mix up with part of my order that couldn't be completed but was given that option of a refund or a similar product of greater value as compensation which most shops would never do. Will definitely be returning in the future and would recommend to anyone look for a card shop in Barrie.
