Brady and Kristy and their wonderful staff are honestly the best. I am always amazed about the prompt response I get to any concerns or repairs. I know I would not get this quality of service from anywhere else in Barrie. It has given me a great sense of comfort knowing that I do not have to worry because they truly make sure their tenants are well looked after! Thank you!

Our unit is brand new and we couldn’t be happier with it. Any issue that has come up was dealt with right away in a very professional manner. I would recommend renting from the company to my friends and family members.

There are property managers and there are property managers that care and BK truly shows caring to the tenants.
