Jon and Steve installed both units efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. You would never know that they had been here except for my new air conditioning and furnace. They represented the company with integrity and experience which is an asset to any company. I would have no problem referring Innisfil Air to my family or friends. We had a heating issue on the weekend and the tech got to us quickly.He explained the pricing and was quick, courteous and efficient.Explained what happened and even let us know what we would be looking at for maintenance in the future.Best service and response we have had in a long time.

Fantastic customer service!! I am very satisfied. I called the after hours number and within 15 minutes I received a call back. Peter (the technician) was extremely helpful and walked through troubleshooting with us on the phone. When we determined what the issue was and decided to have him come service our furnace right away, he was very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I would recommend this company to everyone who needed a hvac company.
