I have dealt with many appraisers before but I have to admit that Consolidated appraisal is the best so far and I do not think it is easy to be beaten.

Don’t go near this company . What a was of money . A total ripoff . I had the property appraised 2 years ago at 599,000 for the bank ( and their appraiser use the low end ) . The numpty they sent had it at 527,000 . It was also appraised last year albeit by a real estate agent , but it came in at 575,000. and the market has gone up exponentially in the last 8 months !!!
I recently went through some legal proceedings regarding a family property and contracted Consolidated out to do an appraisal for us. They were extremely professional, prompt with the appointment and report and excellent communication. They are a family run firm that have apparently been in business for over twenty years. Obviously, not the most fun to do an appraisal, but they made it easy for me. Thank you guys!
