I was stranded while on an out of town trip after a problem with my engine. My car had to be towed to the shop. Not being from the area, I was a bit worried I would have to wait until after the weekend for the repair but these guys came through for me.

I had some of the most responsive customer service from an independent repair shop. They contacted all of their suppliers right away to find the fastest parts supplier. Their extended operating hours and weekend-long operation got me back on the road within a day. I would have otherwise been waiting until after the weekend with most other repair shops.

The care they put into the service really shows. My car had protective covers used over the seats, steering wheel, gear selector, and floor mat. I really appreciated this since my car has a lot of Alcantara (synthetic suede) that absorbs dirt and would certainly have gotten tarnished without protective covers. Most repair shops don't go to this level of care.

Take it from a car-guy: these guys are a top-notch independent auto repair shop!

I would be going here as my primary mechanic if I was in the area regularly. I'm sure, given the chance, they will earn your loyalty. Highly recommend!

My car developed a very loud exhaust so I went to them to fix it. They fixed it for a fair cost and let me know about some other outstanding issues with the car which I later booked the repair with them along with a seasonal tire swap. Their work is good quality and price seems reasonable.

I will say communication could be a little better if repairs are taking longer than expected but I understand it can be busy in a shop.

Fantastic service!
Just as they were closing, I brought my car in to get a wheel inspected after it suddenly started emitting a loud grinding sound. The staff were incredibly accommodating, quickly solved the issue (which they determined to be a rock stuck in the rotor), and had my car back to me without delay.
Can't thank them enough for the prompt service, communication and help!

Recently moved to Barrie so we have been looking for a good mechanic who is open on weekends due to our work schedules. I came across this place and they were able to fit me in the next day for a diagnostic due to the engine light coming on. The owner was so great and honest with us and was able to fix the issue even though our engine light had gone off already when we arrived. He was professional and I highly recommend his services. We will be coming here for all our future car needs from now on.

Amazing Service!! I called at 5:00pm in dire need of getting my car repaired. I have a job out of town and young kids, so finding time to take a car out of circulation is nil. They were able to take me the same day I called and in the evening no less!!! when I arrived they said they'd look over the car and give me a price and time, to my delight they said they could do it that night. They stayed true to their word, completed the work and billed accordingly. All the while I waited in their lobby and had the most wonderful and insightful chat with their front line staff, what a delight she was!! After years of looking for a new trustworthy mechanic they have won my business. I will certainly return!!.
