She was incredibly personal, so thorough and made me feel valued as a client. Emma is an advisor who genuinely cares about her clients and I am so pleased to leave my previous insurer to now be with Desjardins! All thanks to Emma’s lovely service, I am so happy with my insurance policy. It is so refreshing to speak with advisors who care! The whole office is quick to help, thank you so much!

Aleem was very accommodating I had an issue with my motorcycle insurance and Aleem really gave the effort to help me out and to understand my financial situation. On top of that when I received all my documents he gave me an extra call just to confirm I had received everything I needed. Aleem is a very great person to work with and overall great customer service!
