This guy was a GOD SEND! I lost my car keys while out shopping in a storm, I had my dog locked in the car, Tow Truck Bradford came out and had my car unlocked in a matter of minutes and didn't charge me a penny! Although I had to wait a little while it was well worth it. When Adam arrived he was very polite and professional. He quickly removed my truck to a safe area where he could properly prepare it for transport. We had a nice conversation the whole time and the whole experience was very pleasant.
It was on Easter Sunday at 4:30 in the morning when my vehicle's clutched failed in Brampton. I called Tow Truck Bradford, and within 20 minutes the truck arrived. I was on my way to work at the time. The driver's name is Adam. This gentleman was quick and courteous. He eased the pressure of the incident. Adam was also kind enough to recommend a place of repair. The mechanical shop was quick to react and fixed the problem within one day. It is not just the individual, but what the company instills in its values of customer service! Please extend my thanks to everyone at this company. Remarkable service.
Adam was very polite, professional, and helpful. Everyone I spoke to over the phone was very nice and so was the driver. They sent someone out as quickly as possible and only charged me what they quoted -- nothing hidden or jacked up once they had my car hooked up. I would definitely recommend.
The driver was extremely professional and a critical thinker. I had to call Tow Truck Bradford directly and let them know how amazing Adam was! Adam towed my car from downtown Toronto to Aurora and he had to figure out how to get the car out of the underground first!!!
