(May 12, 2022, 9:55 pm)I'm the owner of a medical spa and I have a very demanding job. In order to keep my engery up I need to excercise and follow a healthy life style. I started to exercise with Noah about a month ago and I have already noticed a difference in my body. I like the way he motivates me and challenges me to lift heavier or complete more reps every week. During our sessions, he focuses on my breathing pattern and reminds me when to inhale and exhale during a particular exercise. Noah has also kept my exercise interesting by changing and introducing new movements with each session. I highly recommend him. Thank you so much Noah!

(April 2, 2022, 12:58 pm)I started training with Noah just over a year ago. From the moment I met him, I knew I had made the right choice. He is knowledgeable, patient and kind. He took time to listen to me, to get to know me and helped me focus on my goals. He eased me into progressively lifting more weights, and I noticed results really quickly in my shape and muscle tone. When I was struggling, he would pivot his advice and always gave me great suggestions to try. I also really loved the app he used - it was a great way to track both my goals and my physical progress, and to see how far I had come in my fitness and abilities. He accommodated all my needs and the changing restrictions, and whether we were online over zoom, in my back yard physical distancing, or in my makeshift home gym, I always got a great workout. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for personal training, specifically a fun and challenging one!
