(February 8, 2022, 10:00 pm)We loved working with Wade, Lisa and Tony on the basement renovation of our home and we love our new basement! Alair Bradford was well organized, professional, brought many good design ideas to the table and followed through on them to the completion of our basement. Wade and his team made it super easy for us, the homeowner, to make decisions and the transparency to all costs through the Alair business model was appreciated. Wade and his team are also good at problem solving and will not stop until they have discovered the root cause or issues. We had a leak in our basement prior to them starting the renovation, and Wade and his team did not stop troubleshooting until they found and fixed the root cause, which turned out to be the roof and unsealed windows (previous builder). I would highly recommend Wade and his team to anyone looking for a high quality, hassle free, custom home build or larger scale home renovation. We would definitely use Alair Bradford again for a future project.

So with much trepidation we decided to move forward. From our initial meetings with Wade and Tony we had an immediate level of comfort. Trust and honesty are very important to us. We can tell you with 100% certainty we found these qualities with Alairhomes Bradford. Everyone we dealt with throughout the build was clear and defined. Both Wade and Tony were always quick to respond to all our inquiries. Our home is now completed. On budget and faster than we had expected. To us it is a dream come true. With little knowledge of home building it was imperative that we worked with a company and individuals that we could trust and that could manage the process in a professional, timely and transparent manner. Wade and Tony of Alair Homes Bradford had our home completed ON schedule, but it was the way in which we arrived at completion that made all of the difference. Communication, accessibility, honesty and personability made the process stress free and enjoyable. Post competition follow up has been excellent and after 7 weeks of living in our new home, we couldn't be happier. It's our pleasure to recommend Alair Homes Bradford!

Prior to the start of your renovation project, they'll meet with you to review your plans in detail. Alair continues to maintain contact throughout the renovation project with regular email updates of tasks planned and/or completed. At any point in time, if you ever have a question and/or concern, the response rate of the team is quite rapid, making you/your project feel as if you really are a priority. As an added bonus, we finished on time and on budget! Thank you Tony & team!
