Not only was he friendly, patient, professional and informative, he came in early for his shift to accommodate our schedules. THAT is stellar customer service! We appreciate everything Mac has done for us. Thank you!

Hands down I haven't seen this type of customer service in quite a while. MacKenzie explained and answered all questions/concerns related to my phone plan and pricing. He set up the new phone and switched over all apps and files. This all took place while at the same time remaining kind and courteous to all other customers that interjected with their own personal questions. -
