Her communication was fantastic and she managed to book showings working with our busy work schedules at all times of the day and week. She was always on-time for appointments and worked hard to find us a great property at a fair price in a market with limited supply. Thanks to her diligence and advice on how to structure offers in the current seller's market we were able to close on a great home.

It was a very difficult decision to make. ....But we knew we were ready to take the leap once we had chosen Tammy Rice as our Agent. She was very positive and professional, and was a wonderful help in setting our house up for sale. Tammy was very supportive in this life time change.
