(August 10, 2020, 10:28 pm)All of the staff were very helpful and friendly by both my daughter & I dealing with Jonathan and Rhys who were outstanding and informative. Trust me, after spending 5+hrs over the last week with Roger's tech, Roger's TV, Roger's wireless and Roger's accounts just in the phone, not including our self technical troubleshoot care of two+ hrs they were refreshingly better. Customer service like this reminded me why I liked Roger's in the first place, which believe me I was borderline prepared to pack in my 1/4 century relationship with this company and still may with TV. I'm actually not done dealing with accounts and tv but at least this gave me a deep breathe for dealing with that.
