  Friendly, inclusive environment, a perfect option for those who are looking to get fit and feel SEXY. Great instructor to student ratio and all instructors are highly educated in pole fitness to ensure your safety at all times.

  I can't even begin to describe how wonderful RockNPole is! The environment is friendly, upbeat and inviting from the time you walk through the door. There is a strong focus on individual progression and strength development! It's the type of place where you learn something new and everyone cheers with sincere excitement ????
  There is a large variety of classes available for all different levels! Come try out a class, you won't be disappointed!!!

  I absolutely LOVE Rock N Pole! It is a great studio with small class sizes for an unbeatable instructor to student ratio. The instructors and the owner are all experienced and certified in Pole Fitness and do everything they can to help students have fun and reach their full potential. The most positive, fun, and inclusive place I have ever had the pleasure of attending. Safe, certified, fun, and positive atmosphere!
