Plan A only recruits the most reliable staff with compassion and skills in providing quality care. I am always treated with professionalism and kindness and am always told how appreciated I am. Would highly recommend to any long term care home or any healthcare professional who wishes to work somewhere where they will be compensated appropriately and treated fairly!
