I had a window pane fail that was installed 3 years ago...I called Nordik to initiate a warranty claim. The whole process was very efficient and professional.. great customer service and communication throughout the process.. Paul the installer was very polite, professional, and did a great job replacing the window.. great overall experience!

Haven’t yet had Nordik complete the job, but recently worked with Ryan to come out and take a look at our job and give us a quote. Ryan was extremely easy to speak with and work with. He was receptive and honest, he made the process of buying new windows easy. I would highly recommend Ryan as your go-to windows salesperson. I will update upon job completion. The first portion of this transaction was hugely successful thanks to Ryan at Nordik windows.

I had my front door replaced by this company. From the first very first interaction, every member of this company from the office administration to the installers, have all been extremely professional and knowledgeable. Not to mention the product is amazing. We absolutely love our front door!!

I was interested in getting an estimate to replace all my windows, my front door and sidelight. Kevin from the Mississauga office
came out to do this for me.

Kevin is a professional individual who took
the time to explain the pricing and when the work could be done. He answered all my
questions and also made some suggestions
regarding doing something a little different with the front door.

After I decided to go with Nordik, Kevin didn’t just disappear. He encouraged me to call or email him if I had any further concerns or questions. He was always prompt with his response.

I highly recommend Nordik and Kevin for his
customer service, knowledge of the product and
desire to make the customer satisfied.

Had my new sliding door installed today. Absolutely gorgeous. Very professional company from salesman to customer service, right to installation. Rob and Doug were awesome, professional and a pleasure to have in my home. They did the installation as if it was their own home. I will absolutely have Nordic back for more work. I am a very happy customer.
