I've had dealings in he past with pretty much the "same old same old" but I was looking for some creativity this time and Tracie took the time to show me how I could use my equity to my advantage with the flexibility that I want, without drowning me in penalties... and all at a better rate than I've ever had! Dealing both with Steph and Shaloo, always had prompt professional service, very honest people and willing to talk when I've had questions. I would recommend this company to anyone (actually I have had a few friends use them). I'll be dealing with them again for more properties.
