(May 20, 2022, 1:43 pm)I recently purchased a condo villa in Florida and decided the best course of action was to place a first mortgage on my my Barrie residence rather than sell off some investments. I first went to my own bank but they could not guarantee me how quickly they could do it or what mortgage amount I would receive. We do have a a very strong unencumbered net worth so I was very disappointed with our bank. I heard about Jason McKaque through a mutual business connection. From my first discussion with Jason I was very comfortable that he would be able to do something for us. Within a 2 week period we were totally approved for an amount substantially higher than we anticipated. In all respects Jason met or surpassed our expectations. Jason’s willingness to go beyond, providing options with the best possible lenders/ rates makes this team awesome to work with.
As life continues to change Mary and I have worked with Jay now with three transactions providing mortgages to fit our requirements.
All three of our transactions had been better than expected , professional, timely and a great experience.
