On the first day, he quickly identified the problem, ordered a part to replace a defective spinner in my washing machine with a clear explanation of what the issue was. Today, he promptly followed up that the part was in, cleaned out the water, replaced the part and tested that the washing machine was back up and running.

(October 16, 2019, 6:45 pm)Amazing experience. Our dishwasher broke and Artem came to assess it within hours. A part had to be ordered for the repair. Artem rushed the order for us as we have small children at home and as soon as the part came in, he was at our house fixing the dishwasher within 30minutes.

They exceeded our expectations by coming to our home on the day that we called and then by coming back with the part earlier than the date promised.
Artem was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and punctual.
I would definitely recommend Max Appliance Repair and would call them again if I had any other issues with my washing machine. -
