(September 16, 2020, 4:17 am)Good day, I had Googled a home inspector close to the area where i purchased the home. Found Brien from Prestigious home inspection. Brien arrived on time, used his drone to check the roof. He asked me to follow him everywhere he went outside/inside the house and he explained everything to me. His inspection report was very detailed and we used it to negotiate accordingly. Brien was warm, friendly, knowledgeable. My wife and I were very pleased with the report and Brien was very patient with us explaining the results. Thank you Brien.

However that was all solved by Brien today. Brien was awesome and helped us roam the house and inspect it thoroughly. He explained to us the things that are necessary to ensure a safe home living. He has all the equipments needed to thoroughly inspect the house. He even gave us advice and are very open to help to whatever we may need. He gave us the peace of mind.
