  In 2016 we purchased a Coastal Northwinds hot tub from International Pool and Spas in Barrie. We recently had a minor problem with our tub and International Pool and Spas remedied the problem with same day service. We have had a hot tub in the past from another company but, in terms of our initial purchase and service from the Barrie outlet, it wasn't comparable Keep up the good work!

  single mom here.. don't waste your time going to other pool stores, Brittany and Liam are amazing!! great young people who really care

  Best experience I have had by far, the ladies are amazing with customer service. They are price conscious and suggest the essential needs instead of charging you for stuff you don't actually need. The sales associates know the specs of the hottubs, and are patient and able to recommend what you need.

  Absolutely horrible experience, Went in to buy a robotic pool vacuum, and was given an $800 + tax paper weight. We specifically asked for one was programmable, did walls,etc. Which we were told by the salesperson Kevin, that it did all those things and how he has the exact same one and he can change the settings etc. That was all a lie.. After going in not even 2 weeks after purchasing it and explaining that we weren't happy (it doesn't do one thing that we asked) and only wanting to exchange the product for what we originally asked for and pay the difference., after a bit Kevin proceeded to tell us that they would not take back the vacuum and that we were stuck with it and they refused to do anything. Do Not Buy from the company, they do not stand behind their products, they are uneducated or clearly lie through their teeth to make sales and then screw you over. After this incidence I also do not suggest relying on any good reviews on google as they pay people $10 to give them (not proper practice). Absolute worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. As a small business owner myself in the area, shame on you for ripping off local people.
  
  Review update
  So after speaking with the manager of the Barrie location I was informed that the sales person that I dealt with originally has since been let go for a number of concerns. The manager assured me she would have this issue resolved. Through a few emails she was able to rectify this matter. We returned the pool cleaner we were originally sold, was given a credit towards the unit we wanted. Thank you manger for assistance and talking responsibility in rectifying this issue.

  I am so happy.. my husband finally agreed to buy a new HOT TUB, just came back form ROCK 95 live, at International Pools in Barrie, I met SAM the owner of COAST Spas, so cool, and purchased a beautiful 5 person hot tub! we are getting it next week, thanks International for making it fun and easy!!
