Do you do tours?
I called about a large bill I had overlooked. Talked to Francis in the Barrie office and received the best customer service I have ever received from any company. I was totally blown away with her professionalism, friendliness, empathy to my situation and skills to help me rectify the situation. I asked if there was someone I could talk to about dealing with her, because as you know we are always quick to complain and slow to praise a person doing a phenomenal job. She replied that it was her job to do all she could to make the call less stressful and provide good customer service. This may be the case, but it seldom happens. With employees like this, it is my pleasure to call Hydro 1.
