(September 1, 2020, 7:09 pm)Andrew was the service person and he was very polite and responsible. As he came in to the house he asked if he need to take off his boots but I told him no because he would be going in and out a lot. Andrew was on time, he was very friendly, and did an excellent job from start to finish. I had a few questions about the thermostat and AC and Heating unit and he was very informative about everything, Andrew was honest with his answers and that's very important. Andrew gave me some great suggestions. Andrew EXCELLENT SERVICE. I had to call the office the next day to work out the payment and I had a credit coming to me and Darren made sure all was taken care of. I have had a couple little and I mean little problems with service in the past but I tell you it has changed from calling the office to Andrew coming to my house. I would give a big recommendation, and I will continue using them in the future. Thanks again to all.
